Excellent Basic Salary up to £55k + 10% Bonus + Pension + Healthcare

I have the requirement for a Head of Bespoke & Support Services, responsible for the running of two customer facing development teams based in the Bedfordshire area. The company I am dealing with are an industry leader providing software solutions to their global client base.

As this is a major customer facing role, the successful candidate will have client facing experience, as well as demonstrating profit and loss responsibility. You will be responsible for the commercial management of the teams with a profit target for the Bespoke team, and a cost per fix target for the Support and Maintenance team. This position could be the next step for a Development Manager looking for more of a commercial, client facing focus.

Role Requirements:

· Ideally, you will have spearheaded the delivery new software systems.

· Development management experience.

· MS .Net technical knowledge.

· Customer/Client facing experience.

· Previously had P&L responsibility.
