Head of Account Services

Our client is a global technology company seeking some to Head up their account services team and co-operate with the sales team and have display advertising experience.

We are looking for an inspirational business and people leader to cover a 6 - 12 month maternity leave. The position will partner with Sales to execute an aligned vision for Services. In this role you will drive your team to consistently deliver value to customers in our rigorous internal environment by delivering ROI to the business. You will partner with Sales Leadership to define the goals, KPIs, action plans and trade-offs for the organization; plan and execute on the resource deployment, customer alignment and service models that are necessary at any given point in time to meet revenue, profitability, adSAT and tool/platform strategy goals; and you will design an effective customer engagement model for Services to ensure you and your management team have appropriate direct customer and industry connections.

Key points:
Experience in the display advertising industry at a senior management level
Must have proven people management skills
Must be a good cross team collaborator and be able to manage multiple internal stakeholders
Experience in a customer facing/services role
