HCM/HRIS BUSINESS CASE DELIVERY MANAGER (3 month contract)
Description As a HCM/HRIS Business Case Delivery Manager you will be responsible for creating the business case for a Global HRIS implementation to present to the Board of Directors.
AS A HCM/HRIS BUSINESS CASE DELIVERY MANAGER YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- To understand current HR business requirements.
- To prepare the business case in support of the implementation of HRMS for Global HR organisation, to ensure it is fully costed.
- Vendor identification and cost negotiation.
- Stakeholder Management.
- As part of the business case submission a high level implementation schedule to be created.
- Implementation partner identification and selection.
AS A HCM/HRIS BUSINESS CASE DELIVERY MANAGER YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
- Extensive experience of developing HCM/HRIS business cases for global solutions.
- HR and related business process and best practice business analysis.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems is essential, ideally 2 full life cycle HRIS implementations, including business process re-engineering, and the development of multi-disciplinary HRIS plans and courses of action.
- Solid understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
- Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, then document, present and gain buy in from senior management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Ability to communicate with all functional areas of the business including IT, Finance, HR.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
- Ability to operate under a dual reporting relationship (HR, IT etc.).
