HCM Developer

Skills:

Writing and interpreting business requirements into functional design, Communication skills û verbal and written, MicrosoftOffice (3-4 years), Oracle DBMS SQL (5-6 years), PeopleSoft HCM modules (7-8 years), PeopleSoft Query (advanced), Public Sector experience ( 4-5 years), UPK (advanced)

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

- 3 to 6 years implementing, developing, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM on V8.x or higher with at least 1 on V9.x
- Experience in report writing; previous experience using SQR, Peoplesoft Query, SQL
- Demonstrated ability to make process improvements
- Experience working with relational databases and a solid working knowledge of SQL
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and work with others to accomplish competing priorities
- Previous experience using PeopleSoft programming tools such as SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface and PeopleSoft Query
- In-depth knowledge of core HCM modules
- Thorough knowledge of PeopleTools V9.x
- Multiple PeopleSoft implementations/upgrades

Technical writing skills - Current experience with V9.x
