HCM - Benefit Analyst

Our client, a large financial services company, is looking for a Benefit Analyst to be based in Manchester on an initial 6 month contract.

This role will sit within the HR project team. Only candidates with financial services (Ideally Retail banking) experience will be considered. Responsible for supporting the business in gathering functional and business requirements, developing close working relationships with business and HR stakeholders.

Purpose of the Role:

*Plan, organise, control deliverables for gathering business requirements, impact/gap analysis.
*Manage business analysis activities in line with programme schedule.
*Attend Functional Pro-type workshops and contribute to the design of system usability, definition of organisational structures, person life cycle, absence management, performance management, compensation, benefits and security.
*Contribute to design and development of the HCM/Benefits model including best practices and policies.
*Work with multiple work streams to build test cases and test scripts to support all HCM/Benefits functional and business process requirements.
*Co-ordinate the acquisition and analysis of the data requirements to support data migration activities.
*Use specialist knowledge and/or experience of business areas or products to ensure all relevant information is available to guide design, build, test and implementation.
*Provide input to project strategies, plans, training and communications.
*Take responsibility to support testing of business solutions and ensure they conform to business requirements.
*Liaise with 3rd party providers, internal and external key stakeholders.
*Lead meetings and workshops.

Essential Experience:

*Functional knowledge of HR Systems, operations and related technology and processes including employee & manager self service.
*Experience of working in HCM and Benefit systems implementations.
*HR Transformation projects experience.
*Large scale ERP implementations experience.
*Significant project and change management experience in the above areas.
*Strong influencing and communication skills verbally and in writing.
