HCC CODER in a Managed Care Setting needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Long Beach, CA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION

Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Certification in Professional Coding from Accredited School
- HCC Coder in a Managed Care Setting
- Audit 15-20 charts per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
- Auditing a chart to identify if a condition is in a chart
- Reviewing medical records identifying substantiate particular condition
- Risk assessment

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Must have a Certification in Professional Coding from an Accredited School
- Must have three to five (3-5) years of HCC Coding Experience in a Health Plan Setting
- Must have at least two (2) years of Risk Adjustment experience in a Health Plan Setting
- Ability to audit 15 - 20 charts per hour
- Must be able to work onsite at Long Beach
