Rate: £32.00 per hour

OUTSOURCE UK LTD is actively seeking to recruit a 2 Hardware Test Engineers for a contract role on behalf of a client.

THE CLIENT:
A leading Engineering and Defence organisation

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
The successful 2 Hardware Test Engineers candidate will be responsible for the following:

Module level testing, debug and repair For release to LRI build
LRI level testing to release for delivery to a customer or internal use
Support to operations in transfer to and during production.
Testing of units through Environmental Qualification for harsh environments
Definition, build and maintenance of required test facilities
Investigating and resolving queries from both customers and suppliers
Generation of test reports for assigned task, including update of Production Orders in SAP
Generation and investigation of defects using SAP through FRB and MRB Processes
Generation/maintenance of Test Procedures is desirable

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONSProduction; or Support of Military products.
Decision making based on a sound engineering background in electronic product design
Good working experience of Change Control; Query Management; and Failure Review processes.
Can demonstrate a successful track record in test and problem solving.
