Hardware Design Leader (m/w/d)

Aktuell sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Hardware Design Leader.

Ihre Aufgaben sind:
+ Development of competitive HW concepts for telematics ECUs
+ Presentation of HW concepts to our customers and internally to our management
+ Requirement analysis and direct customer contact to identify optimal concepts
+ Combination of proven subsystems, new technologies and innovative solutions
+ Cooperation with internal stakeholders such as system architecture, mechanical design, production, software, purchasing, project management and other departments
+ Selection of key components and coordination with potential suppliers
+ Creation and tracking of HW development plans within our development processes
+ Production of prototypes and continuous improvement
+ Responsible for keeping the agreed development budget

Must haves:
+ Successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
+ 5 years of professional experience in development of control units preferably in automotive industry
+ Experience in development of telematics applications
+ Experience in creating PCB designs (HDI & RF) and schematics (Cadence, Zuken)
+ Knowledge of requirements management tools and methods (DOORS), test specifications and reliability analysis
+ Experience with temperature simulations and control systems in ECUs
+ Experience with high-speed designs
+ Design to cost, design for test, design for production
+ Good knowledge with 5G mobile communication systems and antenna systems for 5G, GNSS, MIMO, Broadcast
+ Very good knowledge of English and German
