Hadoop/Java Developer

My client, a tier 1 commodities house are looking for a number of solid hands on Hadoop and Java developers with strong coding knowledge and a solid understanding of Spring, Hibernate, Multithreading, Pig, Map-reduce and hive.

This is a long term project based in London looking for a technology enthusiast to join multiple mobile web projects as a senior Hadoop and Java developer. As a Big Data Java Engineer you'll design and develop an automated data pipeline and work with advanced processing frameworks. We are looking for a creative, results-driven developer who is excited about big, fast and flexible data.

The successful candidate must have a background working on high transactional web projects in strong development environments within Spring, Hibernate, Multithreading, Pig, Map-reduce, and hive with Hadoop being a major point of interest.
