Hadoop Developer/Amsterdam, NL/July 2015/+6 Months

HADOOP DEVELOPER/AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS/JULY 2015/+6 MONTHS

For our end-client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Hadoop developer for at least 6 months, starting in July.

MUST HAVES:

- Have hands-on experience in the design, development or support of Hadoop in an implementation environment
- 4+ years' hands on experience with HDFS, and NoSQL databases
- 5+ years' experience in performance tuning and any of programming languages such as; Shell, C, C++, C#, Java, Python, Perl and R.
- Have a keen interest in, and fair understanding of, "big data" technology and the business trends that are driving the adoption of this technology.

Function: Hadoop developer

Location: Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Duration: +6 months (possibility for extension)

Start: July 2015
