We are looking for a Fleet Manager on an interim basis for a position based in Swindon.
Reporting To
*Group Services Manager
Job Purpose:-
To manage the safe, compliant, cost efficient provision and management of all company fleet vehicles and mechanical handling equipment.
To deliver technical support to business units and to provide and maintain detailed policies and procedures that will enable the group businesses to operate to the required standards, covering but not limited to the following areas:-
-Company cards
-Commercial vehicles
-Mechanical handling equipments
-Safety and compliance
-Grey fleet management
-Driver management
-Fuel management
-Supplier and contract management
-Motor vehicle incident and claims management
-Category procurement and specialism
-Cost control, value and efficiency.
