Group Accounting Manager

Group Accounting Manager - Year-End PLC Accounts - UK GAAP - ACCA/ACA

Group Accounting Manager required for 6 month rolling contract work in West London. Working on behalf of a leading Mobile/Broadband Company (PLC), you will be responsible for year end-reporting, month end duties, and the consolidation of the groups subsidiary accounts.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analysis and review of month end reporting
- Take full ownership for auditing process
- Key Group Finance contact for the year end audit process
- Manage share based payment records and processes
- Assist with subsidiary statutory accounts processes
- Assist with ad hoc projects and regulatory reporting

We are looking for a strong Group Accounting Manager with at least 2 years PQE, with experience of consolidating group accounts for a PLC, strong auditing background, month end reporting and experience of UK GAAP, share option accounting and reporting and cash flows.
The successful candidate will either have experience working in practice or have relevant industry experience (which must involve consolidating and preparing year-end PLC accounts - under IFRS).
- You will have experience working for a complex group of companies.
- Qualified either ACA or ACCA (or similar).
