Group Account Director

I have a fantastic opportunity to work with a rapidly expanding company. We are looking to recruit a Group Account Director who is passionate about integrated marketing, super-organised and relishes a challenge.

Rate: Negotiable

Role Summary:
As Group Account Director it is expected that you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients as well as lead new business pitches. You will be responsible for managing senior client relationships, creating opportunities to deliver as broad a contribution to their marketing communication needs as possible and overseeing the direction and delivery of all activities to the highest quality and in line with best practice principles in order to deliver outstanding service and excellence.

You will have strong commercial awareness, combined with exceptional marketing, communication and people management skills. You will be able to coach, inspire and motivate their team to perform to equally high standards.

First-rate knowledge of integrated B2B lead generation and nurturing, CRM/eCRM, online advertising, search marketing, social media and online user experience is a must.

Key Experience:
*A strategic approach to work and superb people management
*Minimum of 7 years' experience within a client services environment
*In-depth knowledge of the marketing communications/production industry and associated issues and opportunities
*Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
*Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail
*Effective under pressure and able to consistently deliver
*An excellent understanding and passion for digital marketing

Beneficial:
*Existing GAD with at least 12 months experience at this level
*Professional qualifications, preferably in sales/marketing
*Proven experience within a leading agency
*Solid project management skills
