Applicants will learn to maintain and fault-find/trouble-shoot various types of airfield navigational aids and communications equipment. Carrying out routine maintenance as well as repair work on all systems involved with Air Traffic control systems.
RAF Northolt is a busy military civil airport with 12000 movements per year and providing and maintaining Radars Radios and Equipment is vital to aircraft safety. This is a critical role in aviation in ensuring flight safety.
This is an advanced level apprenticeship.
