Grafic Designer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Independent creation of graPhic design concepts for the Swim and Tennis ranges to be put on women's and men's performance apparel as placed print or all over print. All graphic designs have to be supplied in Illustrator or Photoshop
- Creation of a color logic per print to allow for the creation of several color rotations per artwork
- 2 -3 Color proposals per artwork based on the Sports color palettes. The proposals are to be shared with the x-functional product team consisting of design, marketing, development
- Heads up the Swim and Tennis apparel design teams on design intention, color concepts, and briefing interpretation
- Measurable outcome: Presentations (pdf, ppt) of the work to the design team and x- functional swim team. Interaction will take place twice a month by contractor with the internal x-functional teams Presentations are to be shared at the internal product milestone meetings via Microsoft Teams for evaluation. The milestone meetings are defined in the official product creation calendar that will be shared by the responsible swim design director
- Independent creation of tech packs to communicate the chosen graphic designs to development and T1 suppliers. Tech packs include: 1to1 scale artwork, graded artwork on apparel patterns, color iterations per brief, repeats for all over prints (AOP´s), exact placement for placed prints. The graphic design will be chosen by the x-functional team (s.a.)
- Adjusting tech packs according to development and T1 input, i.e. answering questions from factory side check the artwork can be produced, re-working the artwork to reflect costing issues, re-coloring the artwork in case of color achievability issues
- Execute and implement the required design changes per project
- Monitor and document approval, completion and communication of the necessary changes to the artwork in each project

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to communicate clearly and work with a large number of individuals
- Interest in/understanding of Fashion
- Sportswear Design Knowlege
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills
