A vacancy has arisen for a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our successful, close-knit IT recruitment team in London:

Key Responsibilities:

*Providing high calibre administrative support to a team
*Being the first point of contact for candidate queries via telephone or email
*Liaising with candidates on a daily basis, both in person and via telephone and email
*Generating top calibre candidates for specific roles using methods including online job boards, advertising campaigns, our internal database, referrals and LinkedIn
*Writing and releasing adverts for numerous roles to generate candidates
*Consulting with candidates on CV quality before re-formatting them
*Organising and booking interviews for candidates
*Conducting candidate screening interviews onsite at the office

Requirements:
*Previous Recruitment Administrator or Resourcer experience would be preferred
*Excellent PC literacy including MS Office and Outlook
*Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
*Highly organised
*Flexible 'can do' attitude
