SKILLS:

- Experience in establishing SOA Governance for large enterprises
- Governance processes
- SOA Service life cycle process
- Enterprise Architecture (EA) exposure - TOGAF/Zachman optional

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish SOA Governance from scratch - Conduct study of existing systems, processes and practices
- Align SOA Governance process with Project Lifecycle process
- Align Service life cycle process with project life cycle process
- Layout the SOA Governance organization chart
- Conduct workshops and evangelize SOA (Establish the what is in it for me' aspect instead of forcing Governance on people)
- Stakeholder management
- Organizational change management
- Establish Design time governance process
- Establish Runtime Governance process
- Mentor customer's governance team
- Play the counterpart' role in enforcing SOA governance

DELIVERABLES:

- Ensuring the Governance processes are established and adopted effectively
- Customized SOA Governance Activity Process Diagram
- Governance models
- FAQ Documents
- Presentations for workshops
