Looking for someone who will be able to pick up an area, someone who has knowledge of more than one governance sector for example, commercial, not for profit, housing law, someone who has a broad range of knowledge and knows housing regulations and property law.
The role will involve minute taking, therefore candidates will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to understand the jargon, in terms of financial and housing speak.
Candidates will be required to put together board packs for subsidiaries, therefore will need to be able to work independently.
Looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Role will be for 3 months initially but likely to be extended.
