Governance Manager

Job Title: Governance Projects Manager

Type: NHS Contract

Length: 3 - 6 months

Location: South East

I am working on behalf of an NHS trust based in the South East, who are looking to recruit a Governance Projects Manager for an initial period of 3 months.

The Governance Projects manager is required at a critical time in the trusts transformation and will be joining the Compliance and Assurance directorate to deliver and oversee complex and challenging strategic and operational projects.

The Governance Projects Manager will be responsible for:

- Developing effective governance integration plans
- Oversee delivery of agreed Governance integration plan
- Prepare and present high quality written and verbal reports to the project board, exec team and Directors.
- Review of effectiveness of compliance and assurance
- Improve existing systems, structures, policy and process.

To be considered for the Governance manager post you must:

- Have a good grasp of government policy
- Previous experience developing complex plans
- Excellent presentation and report writing skills
- Evidence of implementing change in governance related activity
