A leading tier 1 bank is currently seeking 2 Global Retail Banking Sales Analysts to join their Global Sales and Distribution team in London.

This is a global roles to support the Global Retail Banking Wealth Management strategy for sales - Providing operational business direction on the technical, strategic and operational aspects of sales.

Key responsibilities:

- Supporting the analysis and development of appropriate sales models for each of the areas
- Setting performance parameters for each role (activities and outcomes and the right scorecards for each role within the RB framework)
- Working with markets to set capacity for each of these job families to ensure achievement of AOP and acceptable cost per account
- Ensuring that they develop and deploy the right set of sales models to support sustainable global competitive advantage for Retail Banking Wealth Management and contributes to the revenue outcomes of Retail banking globally
- Contributing to the incremental value target
- Specific areas of accountability for the sales model design capacity and performance area of business across Group, Region, Priority Countries and International Countries
- Driving best practices in sales models, capacity planning and performance, contributing to the development and implementation of a global set of sales models to achieve the targeted sales, customer experience and financial performance required to support the strategic plan for Retail Banking Wealth Management.
- Support the development and implementation of the global set of sales models
- Implementation of component parts of retail banking sales models to deliver the strategy and works with a globally diverse team of country sales and distribution teams

Key requirements:

- 5 years experience in the financial/banking sector
- Experience with multi geography team/product/management
- Qualification in a relevant business discipline
- Experience of strategy development, organisational leadership, sales performance and design across specific financial product categories and customer segments
- Strong technical knowledge of business both technical, strategic and operational aspects of Sales and market/industry review for strategy formulation
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Depth of exposure and experience within fast paced ideally global environment
- Proven experience delivering results
- Culturally sensitive and understanding of local customer needs
- Highly effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
