Global Recruitment Relationship Manager

A top tier bank is seeking a recruitment Relationship Manager to lead their growing team.

- Provide a focus on the global attraction and delivery of candidates to global functions in order to enable the business to deliver to regulatory and other requirements.
- Be the lead relationship manager with key stakeholders across relevant business/functions and wider HR, driving global performance through (1) Compliance, (2) Global Standards and (3) Global Change Delivery recruitment.
- Devise and plan different and effective sourcing strategies to ensure strong and relevant candidate pipeline.
- Direct the full process delivery of these key roles, including, where needed, review of assessment and onboarding (c.3,000 total external hires 2014) with Regional Heads of Recruitment, their partner RPO's and Media Partner/s (where in place).
