GLOBAL QUALITY SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- This role is to support a focused project to assess the Operations Quality training framework.
- The objective is to evaluate the "As-Is" training framework within the community as well as high level suggestions for a possible "To Be" structure based on best practices assessed.
- The following areas are to be evaluated
- Organization/Oversight
- Scope/Application
- Content/Delivery
- Best practices
- Areas of opportunity
- Industry benchmark
- Optimal structures

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

- Appreciation and Awareness for working with Manufacturing site personnel
- Able to summarize data in both detailed and high level executive presentation (1-2 pages)
- General understanding of Quality Management Systems/Regulated industry

- Preferred - knowledge of Pharmaceutical Training Management Systems/Organizations
- Preferred - Experience working in Quality Operations or Manufacturing Operations with Quality knowledge
