Global Quality Management Team Lead

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Allegis Global Solutions are the onsite recruitment partner at RBS and manage all contract and temporary opportunities for RBS M Compliance, Audit etc
- Ensure consistency in reporting of quality issues and quality improvement results, participating in the QA Panel on monthly basis
- Prepare and execute training based on results trending analysis
- Understand the regulations and procedures of the AML BAU process and remain informed regarding updates.

CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Excellent knowledge of the AML processes
- KYC/CDD experience gained in an Investment banking environment
- Good knowledge of business and IT architecture; able to successfully implement both business and systemic improvement
- Ability to facilitate and deliver training programmes
- Knowledge and understanding of Markets and International Banking products
- Experience with the implementation of processes, standards and procedures across departments
- Experience with defining a functional design and liaising with IT release management
