IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coach and support the project teams in all project and program related tasks such as planning, reporting and control
-Tactical coordination of timelines and budgets for projects across teams and functions
-Manage project information to support decision making in project teams, lifecycle teams and lifecycle committee, identifying potential project risks and opportunities
-Guide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization
-Implement best practices to project teams

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Solid experience in product development in an international matrix organization, preferably in the life science Industry
-University degree in natural sciences, PhD is advantageous
-Strong interpersonal skills in building trustful relationships with peers in a multi-cultural environment
-Good analytical thinking, a structured, reliable working manner, ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple tasks
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English
-Project management training or certification is of advantage
-Ability and willingness to travel 20%
