Global Mobility Manager

This role will require the successful candidate to manage, implement and critically evaluate the global mobility strategies, initiatives and programs across this global business. It will mean providing key stakeholders and HR teams with expert advice in relation to mobility policies. It will also require the successful candidate to decide which schemes need reviews and to continuously innovate and update policies The successful candidate's key responsibilities will include; * Developing effective International Mobility strategies and policies * Review any International Mobility proposals * Keep abreast of market trends, cost of living data and best practice to ensure W&C offers its assignees competitive assignment packages. * Liaise with and advise assignees on all aspects of their international assignment and assist assignees in the organization of their move. * Have an understanding of the tax technical nature to key stakeholders and Senior Management teams in the business in relation to International Mobility policies and practices. * Proactively share technical knowledge with peers to ensure overall greater understanding of International Mobility strategy and policies * Monitor the services provided by third parties to assignees, such as: relocation specialists, home search advisers, tax consultants, language tuition, etc. Negotiate service level agreements and costs, in conjunction with the Procurement department The successful candidate will also meet the following criteria: - Be of Graduate calibre - Experience within International Mobility demonstrating with confidence : - Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of international assignments - Attention to detail and accuracy - Good knowledge ofUKand overseas tax and social security regulations - Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely - Confident and outgoing If you would like to be considered for this position please submit your CV immediately.
