Global Learning & Development Advisor

GLOBAL CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR - Learning and Development - Design and Development - Virtual Classrooms - Learning Solutions - Contract - £400-£445pd

Our client, a FTSE 100 company is looking for a Global Capability Development Advisor to join them on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and developing significant initiatives for Learning and Development Programmes.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and delivery of following components of the graduate development programme:

- Graduate Skills framework - Comprehensive skills framework; including easy to understand behavioural indicators
- Development of 'behavioural' learning initiatives within the graduate programme, with particular focus on:
- Virtual/distance classrooms on a global scale
- Virtual networking events
- Face to face learning
- Development of communication collateral for the graduate development programme: communication pack, webinars, guides for graduates and line managers.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong understanding of leadership development & learning - ideally developed within international/global roles
- Experience of understanding learning needs, translating into successful solutions, and evaluation of solution
- Problem solving and decision making - able to gather and understand important concepts in decision making
- Able to demonstrate the ability to identify the right, commercially appropriate solution
- Stakeholder management/Influencing
- Experience of developing learning initiative using virtual classrooms/distance learning
- Undergraduate degree or demonstration of equivalent learning capability

They require someone very practical who can quickly pick up outline of our solution and develop detailed initiatives. This is not a role for someone who wants to shape strategy for the graduate solution as this is already in place.
