Global HR System Expert

My client in The Netherlands is looking for a Global HR System Expert to join their support team.

The Successful candidate will:

- Deliver solutions for end user issues that cannot be solved in global HR system support by providing expertise in a specific area
- Be a real counterpart for the HR Centers of Expertise (COE) and regional People Services (PS) teams
- Prepare and present proposals for Change & Design Board meetings
- Deliver subject matter expert (SME) support in improvement projects
- Train third line support (own support team) and second line (local key users)
- Stay updated on market trends/developments related to the key area of expertise

Requirements include:

- Post-Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer focussed, technical support based role (preferably in HR)
- Extensive knowledge of cloud HCM tooling (SuccessFactors)
- Experience in project management and process improvement
