Global Head of Client Selection

One of our key clients a tier 1 investment bank are looking to recruit a Global Head of Client Selection to work in their client onboarding division.

Responsibilities

- To be the Global Head of client selection working in the client onboarding division
- To check that checks have been made to ensure that clients are compliant in AML and meet the business and regulatory standards needed by regulators and the business.
- If the client does not meet the checks, it is this individuals responsibility to exit the client from the business and lead client communication
- Extensive stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management
- Lead the design and frameworks for setting standards globally for this programme
- Budgeting and forecasting and reporting responsibility
- Strong strategy leadership

Essentials

- Extensive client relationship experience and previous leadership role within client onboarding and previous experience of exiting non compliant clients
- Extensive team management experience
- Strong experience of building global frameworks for client onboarding and compliance checks and strategy
- Extensive stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management
