GIS Analyst Job

GIS ANALYST is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in ST. LOUIS, MO

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Working with large Government Agency Geospatial and Cartographic data/products. Candidate will have experience with mapping and COTS geospatial projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Well-rounded Quality Analyst to review imagery and mapping data, resolve and report technical issues and ensure quality metrics

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Two to three (2-3) years NGA Vector Feature Data
- Two (2) year with ArcFM (Schneider) & ESRI ArcGIS Desktop 10.0, ArcSDE, FME, MapMerger
- Able to adapt to fast-pace and changing environments
- Able to communicate and articulate point-of-view effectively between cross-functional teams
- Preferred: Python, SQL, able to obtain and pass clearance checks
- BS/BA in geography, earth science, GIS, cartography or engineering related degree

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

- Salary is expected at or around $28-32/hr. W2, but open to discuss with desired expertise
