We are currently recruiting for a new and exciting role within Retail Banking in theNorth West. The purpose of the role is to aid and support the monitoring of Conduct Risk across the business. Accountabilities: * Conduct risk manager support. * Support training and help embed the organisation's commitment to fairness, value and social responsibility in all dealings with customers. * Ensure that all TCF frameworks and Network policies, processes, procedures and practices are fully embedded also. * Data collection and reporting on Conduct Risk. * Pass on findings and clearly communicate messages to all the appropriate colleagues. Skills/Experience * FSA and legislative regulations relating to TCF, Conduct Risk, * Operational Risk frame work knowledge * Complaints handling * Strong stakeholder management * Good communication skills both written and verbally This role is an excellent opportunity develop your skills and career.
