GGRE Data Analyst

Projektbeschreibung

Basic/Required:

* Legally authorized to work in the United States
* 5+ years Oil & Gas industry experience
* 3+ years of experience with O&G Exploration and Production (E&P)
* 3+ years of experience with data management concepts and practices
* Intermediate knowledge of Upstream data and databases
Preferred:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Geoscience
* Experience working with OpenWorks 2003 / R5000 data loading and synchronization
* Proficient in management of G&G data with Petra, Petrel, OpenSpirit, ArcGIS and Spotfire
* Expertise managing seismic, well, log curve, directional, geochemical and other types of E&P data.
* Proficient in MS Excel, SQL and scripting skills
* Knowledge of Linux or Unix operating system
* Knowledge of Oil and Gas Exploration and Production terminology
* Knowledge of well data standards, processes and technologies
* Knowledge of data management standards, processes and technologies
* Problem solving skills with the ability to solve G&G data related issues
* Able to prioritize requests and multi-task
* Ability to work under rigid time constraints and adhere to tight deadlines
* Ability to liaise with Data Analysts, Geotechs, and Business Analysts
* Demonstrates a strong commitment to delivering results while maintaining a safe environment
* Generates effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions
