German Speaking Project Manager/Senior PMO (Contract)

For an international bank in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

GERMAN SPEAKING PROJECT MANAGER/SENIOR PMO (CONTRACT) - 5556

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Assist the PM with financial and planning views
- Manage all requests and ensure that the tasks are correctly distributed and handled
- Verify accruals
- Budget controlling
- Milestones tracking
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations for the Management Board
- Creation of reports and analysis of financial forecast (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Support the program manager with financial controlling, project tracking and monitoring
- Staff onboarding and offboarding
- Create project documentation, PowerPoint slides, business case calculations
- Assist the Agile Release Train Engineers within quality and scope dashboards
- Act as deputy manager of PMO members when necessary (tracking, maintaining distribution lists, program reporting, contract-approval process, granting access to SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

- University Degree in Economics or Finance
- > 6 months of proven track record in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of PMO TASKS, FINANCIAL PROCESSES, ACCRUALS, FORECASTING, BUDGETING
- Strong knowledge of EXCEL, POWERPOINT and SHAREPOINT
- Previous experience with CONFLUENCE, JIRA, ONEPPM very advantageous
- Ability to manage resources
- Excellent communicator in GERMAN (native/fluent) and ENGLISH (fluent)

CONTRACT DETAILS

- Start: ASAP
- End: 31.12.2017
- Daily Rate: CHF 480 all inclusive
