For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
GERMAN SPEAKING BUSINESS ANALYST - RECORDS INFORMATION MGMT (4609)
You will be working in a project within Records & Information Management area aiming to develop a new Output Management System.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN BUSINESS ANALYSIS ON LARGE SCALE PROJECTS (BUSINESS FOCUS WITH IT KNOWLEDGE)
- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE OF RECORDS INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AND SWISS PROCESSES & LEGISLATION
- Experience in Target Operating Model design and implementation
- Understanding of System Architecture with ability to create map of data flows
- EXPERIENCE WITH REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
- GERMAN MOTHER TONGUE AND FLUENT IN ENGLISH
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup of generic Target Operating Model based on Business related and IT related prerequisites, incl. alignment with stakeholders, presentation to management
- Setup of tactical view on the Target Operating Model per vendor
- Setup of Business Case views together with IT and Business (eg per vendor, per outsource option ..), incl. setup of monetary part of the different views/cases
- Alignment of Business models with Business Risk and Legal
- Participation in Vendor workshops and partially POC (as part of RFP)
