Genesys Reporting/Training Consultant

Enclipse Corporation has an opportunity for an experienced Genesys Reporting Specialist for a 9+ month project. This is a consulting opportunity for someone with solid technical, business and training skills, to work with a well-known state government entity in California.

The scope of this project encompasses performing the following tasks, and training the client's staff to achieve a level of independent expertise in report generation and maintenance in the Genesys 8.x Software Suite.

Provide on the job training to the client's staff in the discipline of data analytics, SQL queries and reporting writing.

Describe the basic architecture of a Genesys 8.x Info Mart deployment

-

Modify existing and creating customized reports in Genesys Interactive Insights from data stored in Genesys Info Mart and viewed on the Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.1 presentation platform

List the data sources and data flow within Info Mart and into Interactive Insights including custom aggregation data sources.

Define the star schema structure of the database and how this impacts query performance.

Use CMC Central Management Console to set work flow preferences and create Users, Groups and Profiles.
-

Explore the aggregation tables provided by Reporting and Analytics Aggregates package
-

List the custom user data tables
-

Edit and format new and existing reports using the Edit Report Functions
-

Work with queries in new and existing reports using the Edit Query Functions
-

Schedule Reports in Genesys Interactive Insights
-

Create new Users, add Users to Groups, work with Profiles to create and distribute a new Publication

Demonstrate the use of CC Pulse +, Genesys Advisor and Genesys Administrator for Real Time reporting.

Modify and create reports for Genesys Voice Platform (GVP) Interactive Voice Response (IVR).

KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER

Will conduct regular training sessions with staff and use real requests for report creation to mentor and train staff.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

-

At least 3 years of applied experience developing Genesys reports in Interactive Insights.

At least 3 years of applied experience working with Genesys Info Mart.
-

At least 2 years of applied experience working with the Genesys 8 Framework.

At least 3 years working with Genesys routing strategies and IVR call flow.

Experience and demonstrated proficiency in teaching and knowledge transfer
