JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Around 8-10 years of experience in the CCT domain and work on GENESYS 7.6 & above, AVAYA 5.2 & above & NICE
- Consultancy experience of around 2-4 years and good understanding of CCT COMPONENTS LIKE INBOUND, OUTBOUND, REPORTING, WFM, BIZ INTELLIGENCE, QM etc
- Solution design experience on GENESYS
- Good comm skills and experience of handling UK based customers.
