EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Strong experience of working at 8C (or above) level within a Surgical Directorate.
- Strong experience of working alongside a Head of Nursing, Clinical Director and deputising the post in the CD's absence.
- Strong Capacity and Demand experience within the NHS
- Proven track record in RTT delivery.
Desirable experience:
- If within your time in Surgery you have had exposure to managing Head & Necky and OMFS this would be beneficial.
- experience of managing a Critical Care unit.
