My client is a market leader within their chosen field of Financial Services. Due to significant amount of change with exceptional growth and huge investment planned for the next 5 years, both within the UK and internationally, they are looking to add to their existing well established contact centre operation.

They require a dynamic, innovative & proven people manager to engage, lead, motivate and inspire a growing team of 400 employees within your own operating unit to deliver compliant sales to achieve growth targets. You along with your 6 direct reports will develop a high performing team in developing and defining a clear working strategy, feeling of mutual accountability while creating and fostering achievement of common goal. You contribute and drive ideas for continuous improvement, while managing your team's expectations along with those of senior level stakeholders internally.
