Gateway Risk Specialist

Our client requires a suitably qualified Gateway/Risk specialist who will aid the team in the design and development of a set of technical options to provide a cross security domain capability for service oriented architecture SOA based ICT systems.

Using a series of example scenarios the Gateway/Risk specialist will contribute to the identification of likely risks pertinent to these scenarios, recommend mitigation strategies and inform technical solution options.

The successful candidate must have:

- Demonstrated experience in security risk management and in the conduct of risk assessments regarding National classified information and information communications technology ICT.
- Demonstrated experience with gateway and cross security domain technologies and the design, development and operation of secure gateway systems and their appropriate risk and accreditation procedures, in particular the DSD gateway accreditation and certification (IRAP).
- Demonstrated experience of the National Security Community in Australia especially in the domain of information and communications technology security certification and accreditation (in particular the current version of the ISM).
- Knowledge of the client's requirements regarding the security of information and ICT environments with specific reference to Service Oriented Architectures would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of the application of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and/or the use of SOA enabling technologies coupled with expose to enterprise security architectures and frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in having well developed oral and written communication skills, including sound representational and presentation skills.
