GAMEPLAY ENGINEER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redmond, WA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- C and/or C++
- AAA title experience
- Passion for creating games

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Deliver on key features in cooperation with designers and programmers
- Create code systems that allow for fast iteration and are well architected
- Debug and optimize key areas of code (not just your own)

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Be able to write both tools code and runtime engine code
- Strong Cross-Team Communication Skills. You can talk to creatives (eg game designers and writers).
- Past experience as a Gameplay Engineer

Bonus Points!

Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with weapons systems or player movement systems
- Experienced with C#
