Futures Application Support

Senior Application Support Engineer to work in a Futures and Options trading environment for a Global Financial Markets firm. Hands on technical expertise in supporting exchange technology and network topography is required (Eurex, CME, COMEX, NYSE etc). You must also have worked on electronic trading systems ideally with exposure to TT, FFastfill and LME Select. Ideally you will have worked also across the middle and back office applications for future trading, such as, but not limited to Clearvision, TEO and LISA. The organisation is Linux based so you must have worked on Unix or Linux platforms previously. The role will provide 2nd and 3rd line support to both in house applications but also the aforementioned 3rd party systems so you must be able to liaise with 3rd party vendors as well as interface with internal infrastructure, development and QA functions.
