The succesful candidate will maintain the forthcoming diary of Corporate Actions, liaising with Fund Managers where decisions are required on voluntary events. Ensure that all future corporate actions are on file for all funds and that the data is correct. Coordinate the process of obtaining the fund managers decision on future events and ensure that there decision is recieved on time.
Key responsibilities:
* In depth knowledge and industry experience within Corporate Actions
* Build and maintain relationships at senior management level
* Ability to identify and initiate process improvements preferably using Best Process Management techniques
