Functional Safety Manager (m/w/d)

For our customers we are looking for a Functional Safety Manager.

The Expert is assigned to one or more platform or project teams to act as Functional Safety Manager. The scope of the related activities includes (as examples):
+ Support in providing an answer during a RFI/RFQ from a potential customer of the BU ADAS covering all levels (system, hardware, software)
+ Represent BU ADAS in front of end customer/ OEM during RFI/RFQ or during project execution as FuSa Manager
+ Take over responsibilities as FuSa Manager as required for ISO 26262
+ Run a hazard and risk analysis (HARA)
+ Support the platform/ project on demand for FuSa related topics, depending on specific context and needs

Act as a consultant regarding the Functional Safety process established to identify gaps and to improve the process landscape and the connection to the tool infrastructure.
This includes:
+ Actively participate in meetings with the process owners and functional safety experts
+ Support filling the gaps in the process definition, and the gaps between process definition and tools
+ Review items created by working group, provide own contributions/proposals

Act as a hands-on Functional Safety process engineer to contribute in the improvements of the process definitions and alignment with the tool landscape. This includes:
+ Adapt/ write process documents to be included in the process definition, including guidelines and work instructions.
+ Adapt/ write templates to be used as part of the process definition.
+ Adapt tool configurations/work instructions to match with the process definition and to improve the efficiency.
+ Understand the tool landscape.

+ ISO 26262 on system level, hardware level and software level
+ Usage of ANSYS Medini
+ ISO 26262 on system level, hardware level and software level
+ Safety in the context of using Artificial Intelligence
+ Programming guideline C and related standards (like MISRA)
+ Application of static code analysis and related tools (CodeSonar, LDRA)
+ Writing process documents and work instructions with the right abstraction level
