Functional Consultant- Erecruitment- Taleo System

FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT- ERECRUITMENT- TALEO SYSTEM

Our client, a leading Retail Bank based in London currently requires a Functional Consultant to work with Taleo to produce system documentation, liaise with Taleo support and the business on issue resolutions and change requests and assist with system configuration. This is a significant global HR transformation initiative involving the global design and implementation of new processes, systems, organisational design and service delivery model across the firm.

THE FIVE KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Translate business operations and objectives into requirement/design documentation to support the aims of the Programme/Project

Providing subject matter expertise on Taleo
-

Help configure the Taleo system modules including Recruiting, Scheduling Centre, Passports, eQuest and onboarding

Supporting users with the resolution of functional system issues and queries as required
