MY DUTIES:

- Ensuring policy and regulatory compliance
- Developing and monitoring risk metrics
- Discovering and reporting data patterns in big data sets
- Production of metrics for key Forums and ad hoc queries
- Data Mining on new party data feeds

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in AFC with a good understanding of core banking products, front-to-back processes and market / regulatory trends
- Experience in working on regulatory driven projects and programmes of global scale
- Experience of Anti financial crime, in particular Transaction Filtering and List Management
- Proven track record for delivering rationalisation & efficiency project outputs to a suitable level of detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to influence and challenge the status quo with senior stakeholders using logical reasoning.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to digest, organise and summarise large amounts of datta
- An experienced business analyst with a strong understanding of DB methods, tools and techniques.
- Able to balance competing priorities and deliver according to strict time and quality standards.
- Able to digest complex issues and set a course of action (that others are prepared to follow) to meet specific goals.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, including specifically Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
