Functional Analyst (Secret Clearance)

Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for a FUNCTIONAL ANALYST to join our client in Arlington, VA.

POSSESSION OF AN ACTIVE SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB OVERVIEW:

As the Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for all activities, policies, and procedures through which Customer interacts with our vendor, industry, and other governmental partners. Core objectives of partner engagement include increasing awareness of business opportunities within Customer, sharing Customer's technology roadmap and strategic initiatives with our partner community, and becoming more aware of capabilities and service our partners can provide.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the focal point for initial engagements between Customer and industry, vendors, and public sector partners.
- Act as a liaison between partners and agency directorates.
- Lead and maintain Customer's partner engagement strategy, develop and implement partner engagement processes, and is a critical source of new technology identification.
- Develop of, and deliver an agency-wide partner engagement framework.
- Coordinate with partners for regular meetings and briefings and maintain a partner engagement calendar and interaction points.
- Deliver a document that clearly identifies new and emerging technologies that are relevant to the agency and our Customers.
- Seek stakeholder consultation and feedback for partner engagement activities and deliverables and continually review and refine deliverables based on feedback, experience, and expertise.
- Perform market research and analysis for solutions to Customer's initiatives, priorities, and Technology Roadmap

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge in planning, executing, and managing projects.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for communications, and marketing.
- Knowledge with marketing and inter-personal networking strategies.
- Expert-level writing and presentation skills.
- Seven (7) or more years IT experience.
- Three (3) or more years IT experience in DoD, or IC.
