Our International Client is looking for a FUNCTIONAL ANALYST E-COMMERCE
WORK ASSIGNMENT:
The customer has more than 60 websites and applications for his customers. These are essential for E-commerce, for example. As a functional analyst you think about how you can make it as easy as possible for the customer in our stores and webshops. Our digital channel department designs, realizes and manages digital touchpoints: ways in which a consumer comes into digital contact. For example apps, websites, social media, online advertisements.
What exactly are you doing?
You think along with the business analysts, architects and developers about possible IT solutions and present them to the business.
You analyze and describe the functional behavior of systems and their interactions via UML or other standard modelling tools. For that you work closely with UX designers and experts in digital analytics. The developers continue to work with your data.
You convert the business requirements into functional specifications. So you are actually investigating how you can convert the wishes of the customer into a concrete application. In addition, you take simplicity, efficiency and feasibility as a guideline.
You make functional blueprints for IT solutions tailored to our customers. You coordinate with IT architects, developers and application managers.
You perform functional tests on the built solutions.
You draw up clear work instructions for the use of a new or adapted internal system. This way the system can be correctly and easily explained to its users.
You follow digital market evolutions closely and inspire your colleagues. You think along the long term and provide strategic advice on digital possibilities.
You are also responsible for 3rd line support of questions and incidents.
EXPECTED OUTPUT:
Training - You have a Master's degree in an IT direction or are equivalent through experience. Thanks to your education you have good knowledge of Java, UML, software development ... You also have experience in working with the Scrum methodology.
Experience - You have at least 5 years experience with functional analyzes in a digital environment. A background in E-commerce is a plus. You can also bring UX insights into the team.
Customer-oriented - You use your conceptual and strategic insight to satisfy all stakeholders and customers.
Result-oriented - You realize that not all your projects are actually realized, but that does not stop you from striving for the best possible result every time.
Negotiator - You are standing at the negotiating table. You know the right techniques to inspire and enthuse your conversation partners.
Language skills - You communicate fluently in DUTCH AND ENGLISH
