ROLE -Functional Analyst CRM
LOCATION: Halle, Brussels, Belgium
DURATION - 3 - 6 months +
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 5+ experience as a Functional Analyst
- Experience in conducting workshops, blue printing and user training
- Experience in CRM Functional Analysis - AS IS and To Be functional mapping
- Knowledge on system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Experience in Large Projectsdeal with IT systems in an environment where many own development
- Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
- Must be Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is an asset
