FUNCTIONAL ANALYST CRM

One of our Leading Global Tech clients is urgently seeking a FUNCTIONAL ANALYST CRM for a long term contract paying excellent rates in BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

Start Date: ASAP

The FUNCTIONAL ANALYST CRM will ideally have the following skills:

- 3+ Years of experience as a Functional Analyst
- Experience in conducting workshops, blue printing and user training
- Experience in CRM Functional Analysis
- Knowledge on system requirements analysis methods and techniques
- Experience in Large Projectsdeal with IT systems in an environment where many own developments
- Experience in complex environment (many integrations with other functional services).
- Define, analyse and document requirements (both functional and non-functional)
- Establish systems (if set) or informing the software engineers to build the system (if self-development)
- Establish test scenarios, perform testing
- Building knowledge to key users so that the implementation of the solution goes smoothly
- In addition, the operational support of existing solutions (and this in a rotation with other functional analysts)
- Affinity and/or experience to create use case scenarios
- MUST BE FLUENT IN DUTCH AND ENGLISH.
