JOB DESCRIPTION
The functional analyst analyzes the needs of the customer and makes the translation to a functional description of an IT system within the defined architectural framework (result solutioning). He/she shall document the analysis timely, complete and accurate and in accordance with the standards imposed.
Competencies:
Modeling and Analysis:
Knowledge and experience with BPMN, UML, ArchiMate,
Knowledge and experience with tools such as Enterprise Architect, Visio,
Knowledge and experience with writing stories in a scrum context
Good communication skills, both business experts to define the application, as well as to the development team that implements the analysis
Goal-oriented and solution-oriented work in an Agile environment
Sufficient experience/feeling for the realization of applications
Team player
Depending on the specific question, additional specific competencies can be asked, such as:
Experience in (re) drawing of business
Knowledge/experience with financial systems, HR systems, data warehousing/reporting, information discovery tools, etc.
Experience with exchange flows between different parties
