Job description
* You'll design IT solutions for robust IT platforms, based on a user requirements document and direct discussion with business clients, taking into account the current functional and technical architecture of existing applications.
* You'll also follow up on the implementation of designs and participate in testing.
* Validate user requirement sessions with end users (initially coached by more senior team members)
* Functional design of the solution components (GUI, business logic, database)
* Follow-up of the development team
* Integration testing of the solution and follow-up of acceptance testing
Profile
* Master in an IT related subject or equivalent by experience
* Proven experience with functional application design, design of relational databases, follow-up of developers and testing in a IT Mainframe IBM environment is a must
* Previous experience in the social security domain would be a plus
* Functional experience with:
o User requirements description
o IT solution design on middle to large scale projects
o Relational Datamodelling
* Proactive and flexible communicator who's solution oriented, pragmatic and a quick learner
* Fluency in French with a passive knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English
